Last week, Amazon added new tiers to its cloud support while also cutting the cost to users while also guaranteeing faster response time with cloud support. Rackspace offers cloud support as well but counters with the fact that they provide customer support for their product vs. Amazon's product support. It's an interesting breakdown of differing support strategies but ultimately proves one thing...cloud implementations are a product to themselves and require the proper amount of support.
